Annual Artists Against AIDS concert

The National AIDS Programme invites the public to the third annual Artists against AIDS Concert this Saturday, 28 November, at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall from 7:30 p.m.

This is a fund raising event to benefit the HIV-AIDS Foundation. The concert is sponsored by the National AIDS Programme (Ministry of Health and Social Development), and various private sector agencies.

The HIV-AIDS Foundation is the lead local non-Government/non-profit organization that provides funds for pregnant women to access free HIV testing during pregnancy and for persons living with HIV to receive free treatment and care.

The youth of our community are encouraged to create original pieces of music focused on HIV prevention that will be entered into a competition for prizes. The community is invited to support this event.
