Fahie: Festival 09 successful – report to come in two weeks

Virgin Island Festival Committee Chairman Collin Scatliffe will be submitting the report for the 2009 Emancipation festival in two weeks to the Festival Management Board. Once the report is received by the Board it will be scrutinized and then forwarded to Minister of Education and Culture, Hon.
